Overview 
This skills program provides learners with the range of learning and skills required to be able to perform a series of
activities to support manufacturing, engineering and technology processes. Learners will acquire a range of skills in the
identification of production parameters in manufacturing, engineering and technology industries and basic strategies
to achieve them.. 

Participant Profile 
Employees such as Operators & Supervisors will benefit from this skills program and increase their understanding in
Assembling & finishing in a Manufacturing environment. 

Duration 
Learners spend a total of 2 days in the classroom and gain further understanding over a period of 20 days. Total 22
days (150 Hours).

Learning & Assessment 
Facilitation is followed by workplace observation, on-the-job coaching and the completion of logbooks. Learners are
ultimately assessed on their ability to perform on the job, make decisions regarding quality, efficiency, waste,
communication, teamwork, safety & problem solving abilities.
