Overview 
This skills program provides learners with the range of learning and skills required to be able to perform maintenance tasks in a manufacturing and engineering environment. Learners will acquire a range of skills in the identification of maintaining and repairs of equipment in the manufacturing and engineering Industry.

Participant Profile 
Employees such as Operators, Process Operators and Supervisors will benefit from this skills program and increase their understanding in Maintain & Repair Equipment. 

Duration 
Learners spend a total of 2 days in the classroom and gain further understanding over a period of 9 days. Total 11 days (80 Hours).

Learning & Assessment 
Facilitation is followed by workplace observation, on-the-job coaching and the completion of logbooks. Learners are ultimately assessed on their ability to perform on the job , make decisions regarding quality, efficiency, waste, communication, teamwork, safety & problem solving abilities.
