Learners will gain a sound appreciation in production planning, production process value adding, maintenance effectiveness, caring for tools & equipment, communication, quality improvement and how to promote safety in the workplace.

Participant Profile 
Employees such as Process Operators, Foreman & Supervisors will benefit from this qualification and increase their understanding of the operation in which they are employed and how to best add value in these processes.

Duration 
Learners spend a total of 31 days in the classroom over a period of 12 months.

Learning & Assessment 
Facilitation is followed by workplace observation, on-the-job coaching and the completion of logbooks. Learners are ultimately assessed on their ability to perform on the job , make decisions regarding quality, efficiency, waste, communication, teamwork, safety & problem solving abilities.
