Overview 
This qualification provides learners with the range of learning and skills required to be able to perform a series of activities to support manufacturing, engineering and technology processes. Learners will acquire a range of skills in the identification of production parameters in manufacturing, engineering and technology industries and basic strategies to achieve them.

Participant Profile 
Employees such as Team Leaders, Supervisors, Controllers or Foreman will benefit from this qualification and increase their understanding of the operation in which they are employed and how to best add value in these processes.

Duration 
Learners spend a total of 31 days in the classroom over a period of 12 months

Learning & Assessment 
Facilitation is followed by workplace observation, on-the-job coaching and the completion of

regarding quality, efficiency, waste, communication, teamwork, safety & problem solving abilities.
